Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Support the manager in the daily operations
  • Supervise employees
  • Work with customers and help carry out the directives of the manager
  • Ensure that the store personnel provides exceptional customer service
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must have working 1 year working experience in related field
  • Leadership skills and excellent people skills
  • Highly proactive/good communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Minimum of BSc qualification.

Salary
N80,000.00 – N100,000.00/month.

Customer Service Representative

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Mange incoming calls
  • Help customers with complaints, inquires or questions to achieve satisfaction
  • Give customers information about products and services
  • Take orders and process return
  • Generate sales leads that develop into customers

Requirements

  • Must have at least 1 year working experience in related field
  • Good communication skills and excellent people skills
  • Highly proactive
  • Computer literate
  • Minimum of BSC qualification in any related filed.

Salary
N80,000.00 – N100,000.00

Logistics Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Oversees warehouse and inventory control
  • Handle materials and customer service
  • Prepare workers schedule and the transportation process
  • Responsible for maintenance
  • Coordinate all activities, equipment and information
  • Ensure workers follow safety rules.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 4 years working experience in related field
  • Leadership skills and excellent people skills
  • Must have in-depth knowledge of all Job Location within Lagos
